"I designed the following chart as a tool to help myself as my hormones changed through peri menopause, so I could have a clearer vision of what was going on in my body. As I built it, I realized how much I could have benefited from this information when I was much younger. Now I’m sharing it with you. My hope is to empower women, allowing them to see how their cycle affects their mood, appetite, metabolism and immune system, enabling them to live more balanced lives.
The chart and information provided are guides and meant to be adapted to each person’s needs and their own personal rhythm. Your body is unique to you as is your cycle, whether you are menstruating or not. My hope is that this information will provide the insight to help you integrate your natural rhythm and flow into your daily and monthly life, allowing for more ease and flow. This cycle is not a hindrance, but a gift. If we can learn to live in harmony with this cycle, we can use it to our advantage, working on our strengths during each phase, and allowing ourselves more compassion when is needed."
