Gut health is fundamental to overall health. Repairing your gut could be the most significant single step to enhance your health, leading to a domino effect of improvements across various bodily functions. The human body has an innate ability to heal itself, and this program is designed to aid the body in performing its self-repair more efficiently.
This program is designed to help you regulate your bowels, eliminating toxins as a key step in your health. It supports healthy liver function, which supports your hormone balance, helps your body detoxify, improves your metabolism and keeps you younger longer. As we repair the gut, rebuild the gut microbiome and intestinal wall permeability, we improve the body’s ability to create natural serotonin, the feel good happy hormones. We are also repairing the mitochondria and the body’s ability to produce energy and repair itself as well as improving mental clarity.
This is a 3 to 6 month program, customizable for your needs through a quiz at the beginning, and self assessment tools at the end of each stage. There are 5 stages including Prep, Rest and Digest, Detoxification and Drainage, Repair and Maintenance.
It includes dietary recommendations, supplements and lifestyle recommendations. There are recipes includes for each stage with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Expanded to include sample meal plans for each stage and more recipes!

This is a stand alone program. Everything is included in this 120+ page e-book including sample meal plans and tons of recipes for every stage. There will be an option to join a Facebook page to share recipes, for Q&A and to build community. It can be easier to stick to a program if you have support from others.
There are some dietary restrictions in the protocol to give your gut a break from all the substances that may have damaged your gut microbiome. These restrictions decrease as you go through the program.
